Most meals (and their gratuities) are included in your Institute fee. There are several dinners "on own" on free evenings.

Alcoholic beverages or anything that comes to the table in a bottle (e.g. Colonial Williamsburg’s special label root beer or ginger ale) are not provided. Servers will bring you a separate check for these items; you will need to bring money or a credit/debit card to cover these purchases and gratuities.
